3 YEARS OLD

I now have a 3 year old. He turned 3 yesterday, and is going around saying "I am now 3" He really wanted a skateboard and a hula hoop. I don't know where he gets his idea's.

WE ARE HAVING A LITTLE GIRL. I REALLY WANTED ANOTHER BOY, BUT I AM SO EXCITED TO HAVE A GIRL IN THE FAMILY.

Flaming Gorge

We went to Flaming Gorge a couple of weeks ago with the family and had a great time. The water was cold, but the weather was nice. We went boating and played at the beach. Cord went out on the tube (a 3 person tube). He decided that he could stand up on the tube and jump up and down. We have been working on the potty training so we taught him that it is okay to pee on the beach. He thought that was the greatest thing since Thomas the Train. We stayed in a cabin and outside we had a deer and her babies that would come right by us. Cord would always tell us to be quiet so we didn't scare the deer. We also went fishing, well I wouldn't call it fishing but we would throw the cast out and bring it back in. Also we had a little bridge by our cabin so Cord wanted me to play the three billy goat gruffs. Do you remember that story. One of us would have to be a billy goat and he would be the bad troll that lived under the bridge. Sometimes that kid can be so wierd, but you gotta love him.

July 24

I just got back from Lava Hot Springs with my friends. I was so excited to see Cord so we were playing around. He went to go get something and he triped over the rug and fell into the glass coffee table. We were all surprised that he didn't have to have stitches. He does have a great big bump, but he only cried for a few.

July 2008

So I finally decided to do a blog. I am not sure what I am doing, but I will try. As of right now, we are currently living with my in-laws in Ogden, UT and are hopefully going to buy another house by the end of the year. Our son is going to turn 3 in September, and we have a new addition coming in January. Darin is currently working on his Masters and I think he should be done next year. I am still working, but only part time at the Juvenile Court in Ogden.
